Iceland Wim Hof Method Adventure 1st November 2018 SOLD OUT

A 6-day expedition in the surreal and beautiful landscape of Iceland! With ice cold lakes, glaciers, lava fields and hot springs, we will go on an adventure into the depths of our own natural capabilities.

Within a region marked as a Unesco World Heritage Site, some of the coldest lakes and rivers in Europe will be our playground, the northern lights will guide us, and we will top the journey with a challenging mountain expedition.

The week will be centered around mastering the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method: breathing, cold immersion, and focus adaptation for a complimentary mindset to get to a happier, healthier and stronger natural state of being! The Wim Hof Method offers a no-nonsense, practical approach to optimize your physical and mental state and discover that you are capable of more than you think. You will train your nervous-, immune- and cardiovascular system, optimize your energy flow, and rekindle your natural balance.

Under the expert guidance of veteran WHM instructor Joren de Bruin, we will venture out into the epic Icelandic scenery, daily tapping into Wim Hof Method techniques; at night we will gather around the fire, play music, eat together and share stories like the ancient tribes. Any musicians out there feel free to bring your instruments! We will bring back the strong, loving and playful tune of nature within us.

Part of this Icelandic experience will be a day at the spa where we will enjoy the healing power of natural geothermal springs while training in the surrounding lake.

Also, in one of the days there will be a Sweat Lodge experience offered - a Native American tradition of detoxifying and cleansing body and mind.
